I am a strategist, operator, and connector who has built a career at the intersection of adtech, marketing, nonprofit leadership, and social impact. For more than twenty years, I have helped organizations grow with clarity, discipline, and heart. I began my career in the fast-moving world of tech and adtech, working inside companies where every decision had a measurable impact. I led enterprise partnerships, client services, sales teams, and operations for organizations that demanded precision and performance. Those years taught me how to build systems that scale revenue, reduce inefficiency, and align marketing, sales, and finance around a shared goal. They also taught me the value of genuine relationships, transparent communication, and disciplined execution.

In 2010, I founded Common Thread Digital, a consultancy built around the idea that organizations grow stronger when strategy, creativity, and operational discipline work together. I have supported businesses across sectors with omnichannel marketing, revenue optimization, and performance-driven campaigns that move audiences from awareness to action. My work blends data, storytelling, and technology, creating strategies that are as human as they are effective.

My path expanded into nonprofit leadership, where I served as Deputy Executive Director and Director of Marketing for multi-million dollar organizations serving seniors, children, and vulnerable communities. I managed the full scope of operations, fundraising, development, marketing, communications, board relations, and program strategy. During periods of transition and organizational restructuring, I secured more than three million dollars in new funding, launched new community programs, improved financial stability, and built systems that strengthened mission delivery.

Those experiences deepened my belief that nonprofits deserve the same high-level strategy, analytics, and operational discipline that successful companies rely on. When these elements come together, organizations unlock stability, growth, and long-term impact.
